| Developed from the famous Quasar and Novalis models, this stereo power amplifier is intended for very high grade systems, and has the potential to deliver the highest levels of musical realism. With its very stable amplification stages and a power supply using multiple and regulated circuits, the Quovalis phase 2 is unconditionally stable in driving all types of loudspeaker, including electrostatics. Able to deliver high current levels and a power of 2 x 70 watts rms into 8 ohms, Quovalis phase 2 can satisfy the most demanding requirements. Multi-amplification applications are greatly facilitated by the provision of a line output socket mounted on the rear panel. The amplifier incorporates automatic protection against electrical mishap. A standby switching facility allows the most sensitive stages to remain powered with a minimal current without the current drain which would result from leaving the full amplifier permanently powered. |  |
