Since ISEM equipment incorporates exclusively professional-grade components, we are able
to give a three year warranty period, which may be extended to 5 years in some cases by
agreement on the date of purchase.
We also offer free upgrades on some models in the event of major technological advances.
In such cases, our valued customers are automatically contacted about upgrading.
Do not hesitate to contact us for advice or further information relating to your ISEM equipment.
Please quote the serial number and the purchase price of the item(s), along with the details of
your request.

Should you need to return your equipment for repair or upgrading, please ship your equipment :
- in the original packaging,
- with a copy of the original invoice,
- with a letter specifying the required upgrade or the problem to be rectified.
